Sorry to say this fittness gym may have been quote .."The best in town" ..way back when after the last reviewer did their review. I cannot say the same now. I found the seats and benches on to much equipment torn or worn out. Floor carpeting in weight room so worn it was thread bare in a large area. Overall things seemed tired. They no longer provide a trainer on staff to work with you and no one showed any interest when I was there to provide some first time instructions on the equipment . If your choice is basically to be on your own for sweat time and you do not mind" Winging It " then this might work for you. To their credit , I did appreciate the desk personal that was understanding and polite when after my first and final experience there I requested to remove my membership and find another gym in town more suitable. My search did turn out to be successful and a major improvement.
