Smaller classes would be nice. Some classes were crowded. I took Trx for a while. Started out with my own rope, I felt like I got really good exercise. After a while more people came to the class and I had to share a rope. So spending half as much time on the rope I didnt feel like I was getting as good of a workout as I did before.
Great place for personal trainers and group fitness! The instructors are highly-trained and dedicated to individuals' health goals.
