Do not answer the phone during business hours, no way to leave a general message. Do not followup with emails and messages. 24/7 system does not always work. When my furnace was out one night tried multiple times to get through this system, kept getting an error code. Was told the next day I must be doing it wrong, I must be pushing the wrong buttons... Extremely unprofessional responses if you get any. Repairs to furnace were shoddy, replacement parts never received and led to more problems down the road. Unwilling to fix anything, always want to replace everything as it is "cheaper". Sounds great until you get the bill and have all the hidden costs tacked on.
