This store has had the absolutely worst service I have ever experienced. I called to get my refrigerator repaired, never received a call back. I called again, they "punched" a repair ticket, again never received a call back. I called back again and spoke directly with the repair technician , he said he would help me, AGAIN never heard from him. I had to load up my refrigerator and I drove an hour in the opposite direction to get it repaired. I can see why Sears is going out of business.
Falls Sears sells refurbished appliances - will not tell consumer and won't service! Shop Menards or go elsewhere!!!
